There are games where the story is the most important thing. Then there are Ragdoll Archers, where the key is the moment the arrow hits the target and how the enemy reacts. The physics engine here works so vividly that the enemy's body reacts not in a scripted manner, but chaotically and convincingly, limbs fly at the right angle, and the reaction is slightly different each time.

The weapon selection sets the game apart from its competitors: in addition to the standard arrow, there's a variant with a chainsaw at the end, a magnetic arrow that attracts metal, a harpoon, and an arrow that functions almost like a machine gun. For the mobile genre, this is an unexpectedly generous selection. The location of the hit directly determines the outcome: a headshot guarantees instant death, while an arm or leg knocks the enemy's weapon out. Progression is tied to a classic progression system: a new bow, new abilities, and with them, more challenging bosses and enemies. Mastering the controls is almost instantaneous, and the player ranking encourages return.

There are some drawbacks, though. Some users note that the music at the start continues playing even after minimizing the app, an annoying detail that makes you want to turn it off. Full online play hasn't been implemented yet, although it's a frequent request in reviews.
